We very much enjoyed working on this kitchen remodel with AFS Building Group, who won Contractor of the Year award in 2009. Painting (among other finishes) can be of a sensitive nature when put in the setting of a remodel. A higher level of skill is required to tie in a new finish to an existing one. Careful planning and thought must be given when deciding the start/stop points or commonly known as ‘breaking points’. Sheen, color, texture, etc. are all of concern when the finished product needs to feel ‘seamless’.
